Natural Remedies for Acne and Blackheads

The polymorphism lesion is caused by an exaggerated sebaceous flux. The Acne Rosacea affects women during the period before the menopause (40-50 years). It appears as a red rash called erythrosis. It appears and disappears and then relapses. It is normally confined to the cheeks, nose, forehead and chin.
The Acne Conglobata has unaesthetic consequences and affects males. It is found on the face, nape, upper arms, chest, back, buttocks and thighs. They appear because the sebaceous cysts and the suppurations which open through small pores.

The pustule acne appears as red bumps and pustules and pus develop in its centre. It usually forms around blackheads. The blackheads (comedones) are the main lesion of acne, made up of a dried sebum bump combined with corneous cells. They appear at puberty and at older persons. By squeezing them a few milliliters fat cylinder is eliminated.
Treatments against acne and blackheads

Treatment1. BUTTERBUR:
  • cataplasm with the juice obtained from the fresh root;
  • decoct made out of 10-15 g of fresh root for 200 ml water; boil it for 10-15 minutes on a moderate heat, let it chill until it gets warm, strain it, wash your face with the obtained solution using a cotton pad then apply a compress.
Treatment 2. APRICOT:
  • the ripped apricot mask: remove the stone and rive them well and then apply them on the face; clean them after 30 minutes and wash your face with a chamomile infusion. It invigorates the skin and favors the blackheads' removal.
Treatment 3. BEANS:
  • decoct made out of three spoons of dried and crumbled shells and 750 ml water; let everything boil for 20 minutes, let it chill until it gets warm, strain it and drink the whole quantity, unsweetened, during the day, in three rounds (in the morning, at noon, in the evening);
  • decoct made out of green shells; let them boil 30 minutes, then let them chill until they get warm, strain them and clean your face with the obtained solution, then put compresses.
Treatment 4. ASH:
  • prepare an infusion: pour 1 liter hot water on 100g dried flowers or leaves; leave it covered for 30 minutes, strain it and make local cleaning
Treatment 5. HOPS:
  • prepare an infusion: pour one cup (250 ml) of hot water over of 2 spoons of crumbled cones, strain, apply local compresses using sterile bandage.
Treatment 6. HORSERADISH:
  • Put 30 g of crumbled fresh root in 500 ml water and leave it for 60 minutes, strain it and wash your face with the obtained solution using a cotton pad.
